Nathaniel Cogley
Dakar To Port Loko: Perspectives From West Africa was independently produced, filmed, and edited by Nathaniel Cogley. After finishing his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University in 2001, Nathaniel spent the next two years living and traveling in West and Central Africa. His travels (and this film) were personally funded with savings from his job as a nighttime taxi driver in San Francisco. Nathaniel is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science at Yale University.
